Dear Skiers,
Last year was a banner snow year. All I had to do was don my snowflake sweater and it snowed. This year the snow has been meager.
The other day, en route to live in another snowy but flat state, I packed all six sets of boots and sent them on a truck with many coats and kitchen stuff. The minute the truck left UT it started snowing and hasn’t stopped since.
So here’s my proposition. Y’all hire me, I’ll be more reliable and more profitable than my fellow weather predictor, Punxatawny Phil, and I’ll bring those boots back into UT and then ship them off (at your expense, of course) and move out every time you need snow!
I’m not asking the State to hire me, they’re on a witch hunt to find people who made simple mistakes on their taxes years ago so they can fine them and make money for whatever. Ski resorts.
You can find me here safely ensconced on my blog. Or you can catch me out in the snow wearing Crocs, walking the dog. I have such nice boots, too, and they’re all 1,500 miles away…. Think about it, Dee
A neighbor called, knowing of my plight, and lent me boots. I’m afraid to put them on, and deny skiers a powder day.
