Here are my new Wellies and three of Zoe’s four handmade and designed booties, made by Margie (Jim’s mother). The fourth bootie was in Jim’s car, as I brought it to a Christmas Eve gathering. No, she won’t wear them.

Cooking with Dee 
I undercooked the lamb by 3-4 minutes but the oven is questionable (have to keep temps 25-50 degrees below stated temp because of altitude) but it was good. I marinated it in herbs, s&p and olive oil on the counter for an hour but it didn’t seep through the fat layer. But it was good.
The potatoes looked ruined but were fantastic (scallopped potatoes) and I roasted the baby carrots with herbs, s&p and olive oil and have a few left to place in an omelet.
Plus we got to see Up In The Air (newest Clooney movie) down the road and catch up with family and friends. All in all, a good day. Dee
