1.3 Million Without Power

Hopefully this is my only hurricane. We still have power for now and I may be able to get wireless tomorrow to let family and friends know we’re still OK. Have to get away from the windows now. Dee

    Since I wrote this, only 3% of Harris County residents have electricity. We’re blessed to be in the lucky 3%. Electricity is out at the county’s two water plants so no-one has water.

    Good luck. I’ve been through plenty of bad storms here on the Jersey coast and I’m still alive.
