You’ve made another year and there are 35,000 out there. I wish you a very happy holiday season. Happy Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa. We are glad that our family is alive and well as we could have been going to two funerals a month ago. Instead while my husband watched a movie I put on my headphones and listened to Michael Buble sing Christmas carols. I’m still waiting to hear the Spanish song on the radio about Maria and her nightengales to cry and be ready for the holiday season. It doesn’t help that I rarely drive and it’s even rarer for me to turn on the radio.
It’s that cathartic moment. Perhaps I had it today looking for a way to help those in need. The brain is in Overdrive, but I shed no tears. Perhaps that’s the way it will be. Enjoy the chestnuts roastng on an open fire, Jack Frost nipping at your nose, and those yuletide carols. Dee
