Airport, check. Dog, check. She was so excited to go to the airport this morning that she jumped and crashed into the SUV tailgate before I opened it.
Luggage, check. M-i-l, check. Food out of freezer, check. Laptop and chargers, check. House locked, check. Garage door down, check. Goodbye to mountains, check.
It was a good week with my husband’s mom. She got to relax and get out of the Texas heat and while we had an event scheduled every day she said I didn’t over-schedule her. I’ll take a photo of the white denim jacket she embellished while here, finishing something she took up last August. Just waiting for it to dry.
The sheets are in the dryer, towels and pillow cases already done and I’ll make up the guest room for the next visitors. Sheets are dry, Dee’s on duty… Dee
