I can’t play radio/blog shrink. Often I get interesting search terms that land people on this Dee Planet and am grateful for the visit. Some come back, some become friends. Others skip off into the universe never to be heard from again. Sometimes I feel like Jimmy Stewart in “Rear Window.”
Advice to the title’s author: start from the beginning. Scrambled eggs and toast, chicken stock used to make soup, make a gourmet sandwich with anything you want to put on it. Or buy The Joy of Cooking and go from there.
A celebration was planned for tonight but my love decided to go out with the guys instead. He couldn’t possibly know that I had one piece of cheese and three crackers for lunch. Oh, well, steaks will last ’til tomorrow. The menu will be grilled NY Strip, rosti potatoes and either romaine salad or homemade coleslaw, all using mainly what we have on hand except for the meat.
