Husband Jim just got a phone call from a female staff member’s mother, in from TX to celebrate the birth of a baby boy! Yea! I would normally help out but am going to see if these men can actually call a florist and have flowers delivered this morning to the hospital.
It snowed nearly a foot last night. Must check the roads and ski reports. Avalanche control (mortars going off every few minutes since 6:00 a.m. is in overdrive.
And we have glossy ibis about 15 feet from our living room windows, digging for food along the stream that’s carrying snowmelt while the snow continues to fall in big, fat flakes.
