Last Meal #1

Today it would be a fresh, sauteed trout from the Black Forest in Germany, rosti potatoes from Zurich, and sauteed spinach with garlic from Florence. Bookends might be … we’ll wait on those.

This will change over weeks and months and hopefully, years to do so. This moment, it’s what I want. In future I’d like to add an appetizer and a dessert. Right now I’m feeling Germanic.

We went out to a Superbowl dinner with friends an liked the fact it became a real game, and hanging out. I had no real team but always champion the rust belt. No, I didn’t wear my Bills shirt under my sweater! Cheers, Dee
