At this point I just wanted some herbs and color out there. I’ll check the weather and take in the herbs at night if it’s too cold or will snow. We got small plastic containers,only 24″ long, so I could lift them and place them indoors or in the garage overnight. One of the locals (it’s not very private being on a public path) said that one year it froze at the July 4th fireworks! Oh well.
Jim gave me sage advice while shopping yesterday. We’re here for six months total, 4.5 months to go, and he advised me to buy seeds. Right, Jim. Add another six weeks before we can plant anything and we only have three containers to plant in! It was fun, anyway. Hope you’re enjoying a quiet Sunday. Cheers, Dee
