We finished necessary preparations for our trip, including flight, hotel and rental car. Now I have to worry about packing (all the laundry is done) and the dog. Last time they didn’t give her the food I’d prepared in individual packets.
So, I can’t start packing our bag until Zoe is at the “pet spa.” She’ll get 1/2 day of daycare on Saturday and Sunday, which means she’ll get to play with other dogs and tire herself out.
I don’t avoid flying but don’t enjoy it, especially after seeing the USAirways jet in the Hudson river yesterday. Even Larry King axed whoever he had on tonight to interview survivors et al. Scary stuff.
We do have complimentary wireless at our hotel so I’ll probably be in touch over the weekend. Take care. Dee
