It was a hit! Seconds and even third helpings were enjoyed. I think I have a winner there. I really wanted to make my own lemon curd and had plenty of ingredients in case I scrambled the eggs, but I simply ran out of time so went with store-bought because I didn’t have enough time to chill it before assembly. Next time, as the store-bought version was quite tasty but rubberry so difficult to incorporate the whipped cream. Dee
