There’s an organic roast chicken (with Mom’s wheat bread stuffing) finishing up in the oven, potatoes on for mashed potatoes with garlic, and probably the last of the fresh corn on the cob.
The aroma is fantastic and I can’t wait to sit down to eat shortly. Jim’s playing his video game (WWII paratroopers) because we bought the car and I’m taking it in to the mechanic tomorrow so he is bored and already took out Zoe for quite a while.

My dinner consists of paninies. italino turkey, bacon paninis, with mozzerella, black olives, spinach, basil, italian dressing and turkey, and tomatoes all on grilled with mayo-butter bread. hehe.
