It’s so tough to find a photo that doesn’t have to be cropped beyond recognition! There’s no way I’m using a driver’s license or passport photo. Husband Jim says not to worry, that Nick Nolte’s mug shot looks worse!
Jim’s mother Margie made this quilt over the years and gave it to us. We arranged the piecing together (OK, she did 98%) so it’s now a seasonal quilt with sections for fall, winter, spring and summer. It looks lovely in our dining room.
I turned off the A/C and opened the windows for a couple of hours this morning, at least before it goes up to eighty-plus degrees later on. It helps to get the food smells out of here so I can start fresh again.
