Grandpa Joe and Grandma Margie took Joseph to the sale barn today and returned with five more goats, two male and three female. From the photo it looks like he had a great time. Now if we could only make some goat cheese. I have to start at the beginning, though, with mozzarella and ricotta. More on cheese later. And I’ll share a recipe for pasta with broccoli and goat cheese.
